Housing Intake Consultation

Schedule a one-on-one consultation to determine eligibility and housing needs. We’ll discuss available room options, answer questions, and guide you through the application process.

Transitional Housing Placement

Secure a spot in our fully furnished shared or private room housing. Includes access to all amenities: utilities, WiFi, TV, and 24/7 monitored security in a drug- and alcohol-free environment.

Case Management Appointment

Meet with a case manager to receive personalized support, help with setting goals, and connect with additional community resources.

· Duration: 1 hour
· Cost: Free (for residents)
· Booking Type: In-person or virtual

Transportation to Medical Appointments

Schedule a ride to your doctor or clinic appointment. Transportation is provided for current residents only.

· Duration: Based on location
· Cost: Free (included in resident services)
· Booking Type: Must book at least 24 hours in advance

24-Hour Nurse Access Request

Request a call or visit from our on-call nurse for non-emergency support, available to residents 24/7.

Enjoy more privacy with a fully furnished room and individual door access, while still benefiting from a shared bathroom in the hallway. This option gives you the freedom to open and close your door as you please. Includes:

  • 100% private and extended personal space

  • A secure setting with supervision and cameras

  • Program support for personal development and next-step planning

Our most private and exclusive option, the suite includes a fully furnished room with a private bathroom. Designed for maximum independence and comfort, this choice provides:
